How long does my order take to ship?

As I’m a one woman band, I aim to get your pieces wrapped and posted within 3-4 days of placing your order. I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 so allow 1 week from placing your order till when you will expect to receive it.

Keep updated on my Instagram as if I am away or preparing for a market this may be extended as it is only me doing everything for Ariadne so I appreciate your patience and understanding when supporting small businesses. If you need something urgently, don’t hesitate to contact me on Instagram and we can hopefully organise a quicker delivery. Keep an eye out for Royal Mail delivery notifications as I will input your email you used to order when booking the postage so they should also send you your tracking number also.

For custom orders, depending on the design and my availability, I can get her made and shipped to you within 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping? 

For all International orders (outside of the UK), please message me on instagram and we can work together to delivery your fave Ariadne piece to you quickly and securely. International shipping is available for all pre-made pieces, not custom made unfortunately.

Rates will be calculated when you contact me with your address. I will be using DPD for majority of your orders, depending on location and availability. We will find the best courier for your order.

Due to the nature of International shipping, there may be unforeseen delays due to border restrictions and couriers, but your order will be tracked so we should be able to locate it together at every step.

Some countries, in my experience, are incredibly difficult to ship to and I have had parcels sent back so please be mindful of this when placing your orders as I am not be able to fulfill them.

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately returns aren’t available at this time. Although if there is an issue and an incorrect or damaged piece arrives please contact me using instagram and we can work together to rectify the problem.
