How long does my order take to ship?

As I’m a one woman band, I aim to get your pieces wrapped and posted within 1-2 days of placing your order. I’ll keep you updated and send you your tracking number.

For custom orders, depending on the design, I can get her made and shipped to you within 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately I don’t offer international shipping at this time due to changes in Brexit legislation. I am currently working on this for the future.

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately returns aren’t available at this time. Although if there is an issue and an incorrect or damaged piece arrives please contact me using social media and I will try to rectify the problem.
